I want to establishing my own SAP consulting firm, as I am SAP ABAP certified candidate (fresher) please guide me what should I do for the same.

why freshers cant establish a consultancy?

i have bunch of peoples in my group (experienced) in the same as well as work place (office). so just need guidance for :- hot to get permission or license to get into work with it.
