Hi,
When we export data from SAP to Excel, default file-extention is ."xls ".
We are running ECC 6.0 and SAP GUI 7.10.
This format is for Excel 2003, we are now using Excel 2007.
How can we get ".xlsx" designed for 2007 as default format?
Best Regards
Jørn Thomassen
Hello Jørn,
Please note that only 7.20 is supported now.
7.10 supported ended in April 2011

Hi,
This note explained the problem.
SAP Gui 7.10 patch 13 should solve the problem. We where only on patch 12.
Thanks
Jørn

Hi,
I didn't find the answer in the link.
When we export to Excel, the format of the file is in 2003-format .
We want to export in the 2007-format, it's not enough to change the extention.
Do you have any other suggestions ?
Best Regards
