A couple of questions about SAP Netweaver ABAP edition

Hello experts,

I have a few questions regarding netweaver abap edition. I recently installed it and I want to practice abap. Now, here are my questions:

1. Is there a way to practice BDC in the abap sneak preview?

2. how about dialog programming?sapscript? abap oo?

3. how about others like idocs, userexits, etc.

Please feel free to post other tips and suggestions for me to take full advantage of the sneak preview.

that is demo server ,

you can do any thing , ricefm areas all are will  work .

but ale-idoc and bapi are interfaces thats should be connected to another system or server then only you can check your data reached or not .

for all the questions the answer is yes.

apart from this (i guess you have installed the latest one NW2004s)

you can try

1. BSP

2. ABAP webdynpro

the only pieces which are missing is functional area specific tables and transactions. (etc, sales order or purh order, etc)

Hi,

For ALE Idocs you cant send the data from one system to another syestem but you can test in your same system by mentioning the Name Sender Client 800 and Reciever Client as 801.
