On the 10th of March, we had the official Kick-Off meeting of the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) for 2021. The ESAC is a co-innovation program focused on the agile development and continuous improvement of SAP Enterprise Support services portfolio – which is available to SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition customers.
More than 430 participants from 62 countries have joined the sessions and have learned about the overall program strategy, delivery methodology as well as the +35 brand new pilot offerings of ESAC 2021.
During this year, we will remain committed to guiding our customers in the true transformation of their business and realization of the Intelligent Enterprise strategy. In alignment with it, our 2021 offerings are divided into seven different Pilot Areas, which are detailed below:
