As part of ongoing research in the data quality tools market, analyst firm Gartner Inc., will be conducting a survey of users of data quality tools. The survey will explore buying preferences, usage patterns, perceptions of tool functional strengths and gaps, tool scalability, and perceptions of providers’ support and services, among other topics.
If you are a user of SAP’s Data Services, Data Quality Management, or Information Steward products and are in production, we would like to invite you to participate in this survey. During the week of May 21, participating customers will be contacted by email and asked to complete a simple 20-30 minute web-based survey. The questionnaire is produced by Gartner analyst, Ted Friedman. You will have two weeks to respond to the survey.
All responses will be kept strictly confidential -- Gartner will explicitly state this to the participants so you do not feel inhibited in your responses. In appreciation of your participation, Gartner will offer you summary data from a subset of the survey results.
