Welcome to the Customer Interaction Center.

SAP is committed to providing the very best in customer support. A key part of the support infrastructure is the customer interaction center (CIC). We are the initial point of contact for our customers (with Support Agreement), available by phone, mail and webform.

We are located in Brazil, China, India, Ireland and Russia to ensure that our department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In all kinds of climates, when you need us, we are always here.

So why contact us?

We provide a central point of contact for assistance with nontechnical queries such as:

¨       Resetting S-user passwords

¨       Requesting certified or independent S-Users

¨       Getting super-administrator details

¨       Registering company e-mail domains

¨       Navigating in SAP Support Portal destination on the SAP Service Marketplace extranet

¨       Speeding up existing customer messages

¨       Escalating existing customer messages

To name just a few…

So if you have problems with your S-User, feel lost navigating around the SAP Support Portal or want to know what’s happening with the status of your customer message, then contact us and we can assist.

Why not sign up for the SAP Support Portal demo, www.service.sap.com/portaldemo and have one of our team give you a tour around the site? It’s what we do!

Let’s meet some of the team from around the globe:

CIC India:

‘I'm Jyothi and I’m with Customer Interaction Center in India since 2006.
Like any other happy go lucky kind of a person, I like to see happy faces around, Love interacting with different people and understanding culture. And most importantly listen to customers. CIC exactly fits the bill!
Variety of queries we receive everyday motivates me…treats my curious mind to find the answers.’

CIC China:

‘Hi, my name is Amanda and I work for CIC in Dalian in China since 2008.
We all have the experiences when reaching the customer services through phone calls or emails for a bank, for software we bought or urgently requesting for assistance from the E store. What we expect is firm and safe hands that can help us out quickly and accurately.
Putting ourselves in the customers’ positions, we want to be the ‘firm and safe hands’ behinds our SAP support hotline and support mailbox.

We work in a team that feels like a family. We interact with customers and colleagues from different countries with different cultures.
We listen to customers’ needs and provide ‘to the point’ services. Whenever you need, CIC is right there waiting for you.’

CIC Ireland:

‘Hi, my name is Antonio and I have been working for the CIC in Galway, Ireland, for over a year now.

Our job is to listen, and that means learning. I personally, find it very interesting being exposed to this constant feedback. We learn not only about the product and the company, but also about how customers use our software in their businesses. We talk to people from all around the world, from all walks of life, who use SAP for many different purposes and all that input is of great value for me.

And on top of that, the atmosphere here is great, everybody is nice, and you do not need to go too far to get help when you need it. Colleagues, mentors, and managers will listen and help and we, hopefully, enjoy every day.’

CIC Russia:

‘Hi, my name is Julia and I work for CIC Russia, in Moscow.

I like to work in CIC support, because it’s great to work in a leading company. The role gives you a lot of challenges so no day is the same; all of our customers are so different.

People are very enthusiastic here.  You feel that you are an essential part of the big team with your own responsibilities all at the same time! It's great when your job becomes something you would do in your free time  '

CIC Brazil:

‘Hi, my name is Vanessa. I work since 2009 for CIC Brazil, in São Leopoldo.

It’s very nice to deal with customers with so many different cultures and languages. We learn a lot, and each day is a new challenge.

Also, it is awesome to count, with the structure that SAP provides to its employees. It’s very satisfying to know that our services help customers to run even better.

Every “thank you” motivates us to work even harder, in order to keep them happy and satisfied with the support they get.’
