With the help from my product colleagues (Alex Peter and others), I've published an article on the scheduling enhancements that we introduced in Analysis Office (SAP BusinessObjects Analysis Edition for Microsoft office);

Note that these enhancements require the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform to be on 4.1 SP05 release and Analysis Office on 1.4 SP10 release.
