Regional Partner Mobile Apps Challenges Wrapping Up, Resulting in a Strong Pipeline of Vibrant Mobile Apps from Partners
The SAP Mobile Apps Partner Program Regional Apps Challenges were kicked off earlier this year as a way to incent our mobile apps partners to build apps quickly to serve our customers. We designed these as a fun, gamified way to bring out the best of our mobile ecosystem. The North America and EMEA/DACH regional challenges closed on August 31, 2012, and they generated a healthy pipeline of nearly 400 mobile apps submissions from nearly 160 partners!
What’s Next?
The final partner apps will go through certification and will then be judged by regional juries consisting of SAP experts on enterprise mobility as well as analysts and influencers. The judges will apply their industry expertise and also certain predefined scoring criteria to arrive at a short list of the three best apps, from which they will select one winner and two finalists. These partners will receive their awards at the event in their region, and they will also receive special marketing, promotional, and PR benefits.
