Founded in Jul, 2000, AsiaLink is a subsidiary of Camlot headquartered in Shanghai. As one of the authorized SAP partners, AsiaLink is dedicated to providing services such as SAP consultancy, implementation, training and long term support with over 50 professional SAP consultants. In order to provide better services, the company looked for a software company to tailor a support platform, which was used for tracking client’s cases and project management. While the number of clients had been increasing, the original support platform couldn’t satisfy their needs anymore. The company needed a service management platform that is in accordance with ITIL to improve its service level, so Asialink finally choose Ahoova ITIL/ITSM product to get things done.
System implementation:
Through 4 days of Gap Analysis, local research and communication, senior implementation consultant from Ahoova made implementation blueprint and timeline.
During three months of System analysis, implantation, customization and testing, Ahoova set up the testing system, UAT system, production system at the company, consultants from AsiaLink could login to the testing system to try the software and make suggestions, after testing by UAT, the system was implemented formally. Training was also provided to AsiaLink staff to assure the usage of the helpdesk.
