Today I have another litter piece on that matter:
There are different tiles for open Incidents. (Open Incidents: -> ToDo SAP; Inbox -> ToDo us)
However, there is not tile that gives me
ALL open incidents regardless of where they currently are (or is there? )
At least there is a workaround: You can take either one an change the filter, then copy/bookmark the URL
So:
all open Incidents:
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/all/filters/status=1,C,S,3,R,5,M,N&lastUpdate=ALL&select...
my open Incidents:
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/all/filters/status=1,C,S,3,R,5,N&lastUpdate=ALL&selected...
