Since we introduced SAP Screen Personas in December 2012, we have conducted many information sessions both live and online. With the volume of information available about SAP Screen Personas, it is inevitable that some facts get distorted and take on a life of their own, sometimes with mythical properties.
Myth vs. Truth
As with many myths, some are based on a grain of truth. But, somewhere along the line people might get confused or include their wishful thinking when they talk about product capabilities. The purpose of this series is to set the record straight so everyone has the proper understanding of what Personas can do (and cannot do).
As with the popular Mythbusters TV series, we will examine a series of myths about Personas and then analyze whether they are true, false, or partially true. Our goal is that you will learn more about the product and maybe even be entertained in the process (although we will not have any explosions as they do on TV).
Some comments regarding this series:
If you have myths about SAP Screen Personas, please let us know and we will try to address them as part of the series.
In the next post, we will examine myth 1, about the types of problems SAP Screen Personas solves.
