New Release of SAP Fiori apps rapid-deployment solution - With a lot of new Accelerators!

In the past two seperate packages of rapid-deployment solutions for the implementation of Fiori apps had been offered. Choosing and selecting the right rapid-deployment solution for your Fiori customer is now really simple, as there is no need to distinguish between HANA customers and customers, who are not on the HANA database yet.

All Fiori app types (Transactional, Fact Sheet, Analytical) can now be deployed using the SAP Fiori apps rapid-deployment solution. The complete scope of the package SAP Fiori Infrastructure rapid deployment solution was merged into the existing SAP Fiori apps rapid-deployment solution which continues to exist.

Besides merging the two packages on the 26. January 2015, now let me point out the additional accelerators to help deploy you Fiori apps faster and in a safer way.

1. You need to repeat the implementation of the Fiori apps in several landscapes and for several SAP Backend Systems?
   Then you should look into the possibility to how you can automate the implementation on the SAP Gateway using the Tool Task Manager.
2. The customer already has an SAP Enterprise Portal and now wants to integrate the Fiori Launchpad or even only individual
   Fiori apps?
   Then the easy way to guide you through this implementation is to use this configuration guide: “SAP Fiori Integration with SAP Enterprise Portal (MEF)”
   to make sure you get it implemented fast and safely.
3. The customer already has Lumira and now wants to integrate it to the Fiori apps?
   Use this configuration guide to quickly understand and integrate using this guide: “SAP Fiori Smart Business Enablement
   (MED)”.
4. You are looking for some details on what are the SAP backend configuration settings for some specific Fiori apps?
   These are the Fiori apps that are described in greater detail:
   • Approve Purchase Orders
   • Approve Requisitions
   • Approve Requests
   • My Paystubs
   • My Timesheet
   • Approve Timesheets
   • Approve Carts
