It is not clear what is the size impact of enabling HANA encryption?
In the following document Data Volume Encryption - SAP HANA Security Guide - SAP Library it is stated "Enabling data volume encryption does not increase data size." whilst in blogs dedicated to HANA we can find "Be aware that data volume encryption in HANA will require more disk space to be allocated to the data volumes, increasing the footprint of the HANA database by as much as 50%."
Does someone know real measurement? and what could be recommended ?
