Warning Message : 2 accounts with same Email

Hi,

Earlier I was using id ######## with email id #########

Later after my certification I got an S ID and it some how got mapped may be I clicked something or did something

I was unable to use the ######### id and password.

So I started using the S ID provided and later on my mail id to login.

It shows both the S ID as well as the old one.

and I am getting the below warning snapshot attached.

Please help
