How to find out the old style user id ("pnnnnn")?

It seems to use SCN download links in a download manager, the user ID starting with a "p" is required, see my question in the trials and downloads board:

However, it used to be visible on the old boards "business card" which is no longer available.

So is there any way to still get hold of this id...?

Hi Jan,

If I am not wrong, you want to know your PID. Try any of the below mentioned steps.

1. Search in your inbox of your primary mail Id, with which you are logging in now/registered in SCN.
2. Login to SCN with your Mail ID > Click on your User name (Top) > Edit profile & privacy (under your profile picture ) > Edit Profile Tab > Change Password & Subscribe to Newsletters > You can find your PID in the top right corner along with Member Since and Last Login.

There have been some updates to the system. Here are the new instructions on how to fetch your SCN User ID:

Go to your profile
Under Actions, click Change newsletter subscriptions to go to https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/updateprofilecom
Find your User ID at the top right

If you're logged on to SCN, you can go straight to https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/updateprofilecom
