Issue with Contract ( T-code ES20)

While trying to create contract (T-Code: ES20) in IDES ECC 6.0 , i m getting this dump, Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

I am not sure about your error - but you should not be using transaction ES20 to create a contract. It should only be done thru the move-in process.

Check if you have activated the Utilities business function set in SFW5.

Yes you are correct William , i have checked that Utility business function set is not activated in SFW5. How can i activate it .
