Question Re: FPM OVP: Section/UIBB column width in Technology Q&A

Hi Nikhil,

if your system is at least on NW SAP_UI 7.40 SP10, 7.50, 7.51, or 7.52 you have to apply SAP note 2539252. Afterwards, you can use the WD default configuration editor (not the FPM configuration editor) and maintain the column width (in percent) in the respective OVP component configuration. Do not forget to delete end user personalization data because the maintained column widths will not have an effect otherwise.

Please note that we do not recommend to work on FPM configurations by using the WD default configuration editor. This is just a workaround for functionality which will be most probably available in future releases in the FPM configuration editor (FLUID) anyway.

Best regards,
Jens

Hello Experts,

We have requiement to show two UIBB in single row, so with the help of Section property Layout: Two Colmn. its working perfectly but the gap between these two UIBB is big. To look application better we want to set first UIBB width to 10%( Single column list UIBB) and second UIBB width must be 90%( Form UIBB). I found style propery at UIBB level and try to set the "width" but its not refecting on UI. Refer attached image.

Kindly please help me to suggst the solution.

Thanks.
