Question Re: Error executing ConsoleClientCommand "hcmcloud-enable-application-access" on Sap Cloud Platform in Technology Q&A

Hello Christoph,

Can you make sure that your using right SAP Cloud Platform account in the neo-command that is paired with SFSF instance as shown in the above screenshot ? Also logon to SAP Cloud Platform account and make sure that security->trust connection->Application identity provider is still pointing to the right SFSF instance by matching company code of SFSF instance in the above provisioning screen shot. Are you able execute other neo commands without any issues ? Also if your trying to copying the neo hcmcloud-enable-application-access from any of documents like word or pdf document, make sure there are no special characters. Best way to rule that possibility is by tying neo-command manually.

neo hcmcloud-enable-application-access –a accountname e -b myapps --application-type java -u P12345 -h hana.ondemand.com

Let me know what you find out.

Regards

Error executing ConsoleClientCommand "hcmcloud-enable-application-access" on Sap Cloud Platform

Hi Experts,

i have some problems executing the command "hcmcloud-enable-application-access" in the Console Client of the SAP Cloud Platform. When i execute the command i get an error message, that the link between my SCP Extension Account and the Successfactors System is disabled.

When i go into the provisioning and look at the extension configuration everything looks fine

Does anyone have an idea why this error is coming or how to solve this problem?

(This error also happens, when i try other hcmcloud commands, or try to deploy the application via mta-solution instead of using the console client)

Thanks for help

Christoph
