bloked data on BPS

Hi,

Experts I need your help.

I have a multiplanning are with real time infocube and standard infocube.

I create a level with some selections.

My layout shows keyfigure from standard cube and one keyfigure from real-time cube displayed with a calmonth range.

In the layout my real-time keyfigure has for some combination of characteristics some months blocked..

Example:

WBS| network | activity |01.2007 | 02.2007 | 03.2007 ...

A.......|#...........|#..........|250.......| BLOCKED|BLOCKED

A.......|B...........|C.........|200.......|0.............|0.........

With your experience, what can be originating the blockade?

Chec in BPSo if you have any data slice for the periods 002.2007 and 003.2007.

This is the main reason.

In your example above, which part of the data is from standard cube?

If would be helpful if you could give me some details on how you configured the 'data column' in your layout.

Thanks ravi,

I don’t have any data slices in my planning areas.

I don’t know if this can be a reason but the only combination of characteristic with this blocked are with some characteristic with #. But I have other layout on other level very similar and this not happened.

I am very confused about this.

Ravi,

If 002.2007 and 003.2007 is in the data slice then the second row in the above example would be blocked for input as well.

Can you come out of the other layout. Lpg off and log back?

This also can be buffer problem.

Hi Narasimha,

In the example above I did not place the key figure of standard cube.

my data columns is like this:

KF1 (from standard cube) has comparison and suppress unit. calmonth with a variable

KF2 (from standard cube) has comparison and suppress unit. calmonth with a variable

Total has comparison, suppress unit and total. (KF1 + KF2).

KF3 (from real-time cube) has suppress unit and dynamic with calmonth.

I have other level very similar but with some selection without data. This level has a formula that apply on the data of level 1 with a button.

goto ur planning tab in ready query input and chk for keyfigure field and chk whether u hv selected 3rd option.

Thank you very much for your responses,

The problem was solved, my area had a combination check and just this characteristic combination was not valid because this week in R/3 changed. (Without message and the blockade was only for a few columns).
