But it would be good to find out why they are missing so that you can prevent this sitaution in the future...

Hi John:

if you are using an delta and if you know that some transactions are missing in BW then go to PSA( if you update through PSA) and check for the sales doc #, and see if you have it there. if its there then you can push the data from PSA to ODS as in this case, it didnt picked the delta's.

or else go to SE11 and see the records which were created according to the date, you will find and then you do a load. as mentioned by Bhanu, its good to investigate into the missing records so as to avoid the same in the future

hope it helps.

assign points if helpful

kalyan

We have a problem to setup delta load and are trying to fix not. But We had init load and i found some sales transactions are missing in this ODS when I check with R/3. I would like to know why (problem) it happened? and how to fix based on the problem. Any advices?

J.

John:

i had a similar problem with our PO's.

the reason why some times, you cannot see record(s)which are in R/3 but are not seen in BW may be:

i was having some records missing ib BW too. the PO's(in my case) were not released in r/3 side by the functional people. so they were in "held" status. In the mean while, if your v3 updates are schduled during that time, it will not fetch any records as they are in hold status. once they are released, then they will show up in ( lbwq, rsa7) the next data load update in BW

i suggest you do a load now and you can do the reconcile and hopefully you will see the missing records now

assign point if helpful

kalyan

Can you able to see the data? if you couldn't see the data you need to do it again as Bhanu said. you the data is in RSA3 and PSA. not comming to BW. you need to check the Update Rules.

If you couldn't see the data in RSA3, if it is LO extractor try to fill the set up tables again? check why these documents are not getting populated.

All the best.

Regards,

Nagesh Ganisetti.
