Support for BPS

Hi,

I need to compile checklists for a support project of BPS. It should provide the important processes to be covered during the Knowledge Transfer from the existing vendor. Are tehre any documents detailing the same? What activities need to be undertaken when starting on a support? I am absolutely new to BPS. Any help in the form of advice/documents etc will be appreciated.

1) infocubes / ods / datatargets

2) planning areas

3) planning levels

4) planning packages

5) planning functions

6) planning layouts

7) global plannin sequences

😎 profiles

9) list of reports

10) process chains

11) enhancements in update routines

12) any abap programs to be run and their logic

13) major bps dev issues

14) major bps production support issues and resolution

Thanks for the list. I was looking more on the lines of checlists of activities tht need to be undertaken for a supprt project in BW & BPS. If you have some doc please send it across to nikhilchowdhary@gmail.com.
