ChaRM for Solution Manager

Hi,

I have to activate ChaRM for Solman Landscape.

Since Solman 7.2 is having separate stack for Java & ABAP, so do I need to configure CTS+ for handling Java stack. OR its not required ?

Kumar,

I hope you wont have any change in solman Java standalone stack except patch update.

So it is enough to use Solman ABAP for all functionality configuration transport through ChaRM from Dev -> PRD solman landscape

Hi Kumar,

I assume you are doing this for your demo purpose in that case you can have mutliple clients in ABAP side and run a charm cycle on these client.

However there are no clients in Java side hence you need multiple systems for java if you want to achieve the same and hence then you can setup CTS+ etc for these java systems.
