Workflow for Change Request Management

The CRM scenario consists of a workflow for implementing corrections within a maintenance

cycle or implementation project. The workflow for any change starts with the occurrence of an error or missing functions.

Do you know how to customize these workflow ? or how to create a new one

when you talk about workflow, are you talking about the business workflow which can send workflow items into your SAP office inbox.

Or are you talking about the scenario, how the integration between Service Desk tickets and Change Request Management is realized ?

I would like to implement additional approvals before a Transport Request can be released.

Hi Steven,

What you're refering to is the electronic/digital signature process. SAP delivered a standard workflow template only in Solution Manager 4.0

Thanks for the information. I am trying to implement digital signature for Change mgmt. the standard functionality works fine for documentation, but the setup for Change mgmt is a lit complicated. Correct me if I am wrong. I am assuming the the config needs to be done at ECR ( Engineering Change records).

I have done most of the config but stuck at assigning the signature network to a change master object. Any idea on that.
