Host Availability Alerts Generated for managed system During Planned Patching of FRUN system

We observed that SAP Focused Run generates "Host Not Available (Host Server)" alerts and corresponding incidents when managed systems are intentionally taken down during planned patching activities.

Example alert:

Plain TextHost Agent Availability [Critical]Collection didn't finish in time. Remote Host Ping [Okay]Request Timed Out.

We would like to understand whether SAP Focused Run provides a standard mechanism (e.g., maintenance mode, blackout period, or alert suppression) to prevent Host Availability alerts and incident creation for managed systems undergoing planned maintenance.

Please advise on the SAP-recommended approach and any relevant SAP Notes for handling scheduled patching activities
