Hello Community,

We are implementing SAP DRC for Saudi Arabia e-invoicing (ZATCA Fatoorah) on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, and we are stuck on an issue.

Issue:
When trying to send an invoice PDF to the customer via the "Customer" button in the eDocument Cockpit (or the equivalent action in the Manage Electronic Documents app), we receive the following error:

E-mail sender missing
Message no. EDOCUMENT043

This happens for both FI-sourced eDocuments (Accounting Document) and SD-sourced eDocuments (Billing Document), for Saudi Arabia (SA_INV / eDocument type) documents specifically.

What we have already configured and verified:

Standard Output Management email sending works correctly for the sender address (already used successfully elsewhere in the system).
We configured Output Parameter Determination → Business Rules → Billing Document / Accounting Document → Email Settings (DT_EMAIL_SETTINGS decision table) with the correct Sender Email and Email Template, and activated the rule.
We checked Define Default Email Sender Address and Define Email Sender Domain under implementation activities— both maintained correctly.
We checked "Maintain General Parameters for eDocument" — no email-related parameter found there.
We could not find a Sales Organization–level or Business Partner–level email field that specifically feeds the eDocument sending mechanism.

Our question:
Does the eDocument Cockpit's "Send to Customer" function use a completely separate sender-email determination logic from the standard Output Management framework — specifically for the Saudi Arabia (SA) eDocument scenario? If so, where exactly is this configured in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition?

Any guidance, or a pointer to the relevant activity, would be hugely appreciated.

Hi, why are you sending a pdf and not the XML?

Hello, in Edit Addresses for Company Codes (105651) SSCUI select the company code and Address button.. there you maintain the Sender email
