Message code issue

Hi SAP Team,

I am trying to register for an SAP BTP Trial account so I can begin my hands-on learning, but I am completely stuck at the telephone number verification step. Every time I input my information and request the verification code, I receive this exact error message:

"We did not send you a code because you are not allowed to request phone calls. Please contact your system administrator."

Because this is a personal trial account for learning purposes, I do not have a system administrator to contact.

My Location Details:

Country: Angola
Country Code: +244

(Note: The email address associated with my stuck registration is the same one I am using to post this community question. I can provide my full phone number via Direct Message to an SAP Moderator if needed.)

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

Switched to a mobile hotspot network to change my IP/routing.
Cleared browser cache, cookies, and tried Incognito/Private browsing.
Verified that my phone number formatting is correct and completed the CAPTCHA successfully.

Could an SAP moderator please assist me with overriding or whitelisting this registration from the backend so I can access the BTP Cockpit?

I am facing the same issue from Rwanda(+250) , have you found the solution to this issue?

Richard, yes i solve the problem, but differently. I had to use my sister (who is in Portugal) phone number so that i could receive the code.
