missing installation number for S/4

Dear support
we do have to start a project for converting our systems to SAP S/4.
However despite we had bought the license for HANA and SAP S/4 we do not see any installation number related to SAP S/4
can you please create it?

Dear customer,

If your customer has S/4HANA related license but there is no S/4HANA installation under your customer number, could you pls kindly request for a new S/4HANA installation via self-service per the detailed steps introduced in KBA 1773826?

If you have issue to create the new installation via self-service, you may also contact the SAP Order Management via email sapcontractcenter@sap.com (per KBA 1660069).

The Order management team can help you with the new installation creation.
