SAC Email Server Configuration Error

We are trying to connect an email server in SAC Administration > Notification. We are using the OAuth authentication type, but the connection to the email server fails. The error message we receive is:

“Could not connect to the SMTP server. Please check if the information provided is accurate.”

We followed the documentation step by step Steps to configure Custom SMTP Server on SAP Analy... - SAP Community without any success.

Do we have a tool that can help identify where the configuration process is getting stuck?

Is there any information available when checking developer tools of the browser?

No, unfortunately only the 404 and the 500 error.

To address this scenario effectively, it is recommended reviewing the following points to ensure a resolution:

When connecting to the SMTP email server, whether the same issue would also occur when choosing the Authentication Type as Basic?
When choosing the Authentication Type as OAuth, whether the Refresh Token field has been populated automatically after clicking on the Get Token button?
When choosing the Authentication Type as OAuth, whether the "Envelope Sender Address" is the same as "User Name"? If yes, whether it is a valid email account?
