Error while using SAP Fiori in browser

Dear All,

One of our user facing issue while using (SAP fiori app) through browser .

I am attaching screenshot to you FYR.

Can someone please let me know what is the issue here?

Resolution is highly appreciated...

Could you check in the backend in ST22? Or check your Developer Tools > Network tab which service / file generates this issue?

It could be time out issue

I suggest you to try modifying the parameters controlling timeout:

fiori launchpad: http/security_session_timeout kba 2735916 Fiori Launchpad session timeout is not working after setting parameter rdisp/plugin_auto_logout

I also notice that the host in url is "fioriqa.adds.nwnatural.com". Can you confirm whether you are using web dispatcher?

If yes, please also modify the timeout parameter for web dispatcher:
