Custom Visualization error "Cannot load tile"

I have followed below thread for Implement a Custom Visualization Tile Launchpad,

Created
1. VisualAPP
2. TargetApp

In BTP Workzone, I don't see target app in page to assign; where as i can add to a group/role/catalog

In site settings, I have set the Asynchronous Module Loading as No.

How to add app in pages?
In targetApp, manifest.json added below lines, after that i dont see in pages to assign.

"sap.cloud.portal": {

"ztargetsem-display": {

"vizType": "zvisualtilemodule"

}

how to enable the app in page?
Please advise.

the blog you were referring to is a little bit old, could you please cross check this seamless guidance for customer vis tile Custom Tile Visualization & Navigation in SAP Buil... - SAP Community where the error 'Cannot load tile' error is explictly mentioned and explaned.

I have followed same steps, don’t see target app when I edit in pages to add the app, where as the app is seen in groups, Any tips how to check in Page to add target app? how to enable the app in page?
