    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding the delay in activating my SAP Learning Hub subscription after renewal, and share the resolution — hoping this helps others who may face the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;After raising cases with the SAP Learning team and SAP Store, I realized the activation was not a backend issue at all. For subscription renewals, the license assignment needs to be done manually by the user themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow these simple steps to assign your license and activate access:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Log in to SAP My Learning -&amp;gt;Go to My Profile -&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Navigate to User and License Management-&amp;gt; Assign your Email ID and S-User ID&lt;BR /&gt;After few minutes ,Your subscription access will be activated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This step is easy to miss during the renewal process, as it is not prominently highlighted. If your subscription is not activated after renewal payment, please check this before raising a support ticket — it will save you time and effort!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RenugaA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SAP Learning Hub subscription activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SAP Learning Hub Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a delay in the activation of my SAP Learning Hub subscription renewal.&amp;nbsp;Payment for subscription renewal was successfully made on February 27th, 2026 ,&amp;nbsp;It has been over 10 days, but my subscription is still not activated, I raised a support case with the SAP Learning team — they redirected me to SAP Store and subsequently raised a ticket with SAP Store, but have not received any response yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAP store request :&lt;SPAN&gt;1000598080&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone from the community or the SAP team please advise:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Is there a known delay in subscription activations currently?&lt;BR /&gt;2. Is there an escalation path or a direct contact I can reach out to for faster resolution?&lt;BR /&gt;3. What is the expected SLA for subscription activation after a renewal payment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
