      <title>Desktop Agent External Authentication: Failed to launch browser process.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have setup Desktop Agent (v3) and registered and external authentication (for Office365) fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, I can't reliably set this up for others. For one colleage it works, but for two others they get the following message when registering the external authentication.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;An error occured during the external authentication registration. Failed to launch the browser process.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TROUBLESHOOTING: &lt;A href="https://pptr.dev/troubleshooting" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://pptr.dev/troubleshooting&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All users defaulted to the Edge browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Not conclusive, but to resolve we rebooted, cleared cache in browser and changed default browser to edge, as it was Chrome. setup a new o365 connection and it worked. I think possibly the issue was default browser settings as chrome was the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
