Updating SAP Partner CoE Quality Measurement Reporting After System Deletion

I have deleted the systems from the SLD and LMDB, but I need to update the SAP Partner CoE Quality Measurement Reporting. I would like to know where this report pulls its information from. Additionally, is there a way to remove obsolete systems from the report? If so, how can this be done?
