Cannot log into AI Launchpad

Hi

I am having trouble logging into AI Launchpad. I am following this: Use Boosters for Free Tier Use of SAP AI Core and SAP AI Launchpad | SAP Tutorials because I want to attempt this: Chatbot Development Made Easy with SAP AI Core and Build Apps

I've done everything exactly the same using the free tier of BTP (not trial) and even tried other regions for the sub account. When trying to access the launchpad, I get to the login screen which says I cannot be authenticated. When I click forget password it doesn't send me a reset link leading to me thinking it can't find an account with my details.

Hi @yahyasaarchtech - I am able to launch AI launchpad . Could you post screenshots of the Security -> Trust configuration page, Security -> Users page and Instances and Subscriptions page ?

I had to re-establish trust to both Identity providers (just doing the custom/default IAS didnt work).

Thank you to @shrinivasan_neelamegam for the bit of help leading me to getting there.
