Question Re: To display content in book page without SAP Companion in Technology Q&A

Hi Anisha,

The Library that you refer to, the one with the Role list, cannot be displayed without SAP Companion. It is possible to display traditional Enable Now libraries without SAP Companion but not the SAP Companion Learning Center type library.

The second request sounds like that you want to open a standard Enable Now library that is prefiltered based on Role. The easiest way that I know how to do that is:

1. Add the relevant Role details to the Keyword field on each book page; separate them by commas
2. Add the parameter and Role to the end of the library URL, e.g. add &lib_searchstring=management accountant to filter for content objects that have been assigned the Role Management Accountant in the Keywords field
3. Your library string should look something like:

https://companyABC.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/Adoption/~tag/published/index.html?show=group!GR_BD977092A87A31B1&lib_searchstring=management accountant

Regards
Shane
