Enter Postal code issue in Inbound IDocs?

Hi Experts,

i am passing a customer from A - System to B-System by using IDoc. in A-system i have all the master data including all fileds data.

1. by using BD12 i generated an IDoc to transfer customer from A-system to B-system. but in data record i am missing the postal code field(PSTLZ) data for the customers.

can you guys let me know the what is the issue?

I think that you need to transfer customers address data with a separate ADRMAS IDoc.

I have a similar issue, my problem is that the postal code was set to 000000 by default, which resulted in unsuccessful distribution of foreign customer master data
