SAC Optimized Story - Export to Csv / Xlsx - Script Error

Hello,

I am working with an Optimized Story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) where I have created a button with a script to export table data to a CSV/Xlsx file. When I attempt to export the table using the button in our current tenant, I receive the following error message:

However, when I try the exact same export in another tenant, it works without any issues. Both tenants are using import data. Does anyone know the possible reason for this discrepancy?

Hi,

Please check Script and try to set Widget by script. e.g

ExportToExcel_1.setWidget(Table_1);
ExportToExcel_1.exportReport();

Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Hi,

Thank you very much, I adjusted the script the way you mentioned, and it worked.

It also works now with just exportToExcel_1.exportReport();.

I guess there was a system issue.
