Screen Painter Buttons Are Missing

Hello, I’ve started learning ABAP with the ABAP Developer Edition installed on my virtual machine, but I have an issue: My SAP GUI version appears to be 7.50, and I don’t see the buttons on the left side in the Screen Painter. How can I solve this problem? Do I need to upgrade my SAP GUI to 7.60 or something? As a p-user, how can I access these versions? I urgently need help. Thanks.

(Note: Utilities -> Setting-> Graphical Layout Editor is marked. There is no problem)

What buttons "on the left side" are you talking about? Probably you are confused with something, no idea what they should be.
