Hy guys,

I am currently using a Mac M3 with sap gui for Java 7.8. At the moment I am trying to learn PPDS and have noticed i can’t open CDPS0 on gui because it can’t execute „Control“ because its only supported for windows. Are there any other known issues regarding PPDS and sap GUI for Java?

I already asked our IT but they won’t support installing a windows VM and doing it by myself would be against company regulations. Has anyone found a workaround to this issue? I really would like to keep the Mac, but if it’s not possible i guess I have to ask for a windows notebook again. Using the fioris is not an option because I have been told/ shown that it doesn’t have the same functions as in GUI.

Thanks
