Solman_setup 500 Internal Server Error

During the Solman_setup procedure, i got this error.

Especially when i proceed to [Infrastructure Preparation > Set up Connectivity > define HTTP Connectivity]

After this, it produce [OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED] dump which I can check at ST22

Many documents advise to review the LMDB Setup, but I got all green light for setup related to LMDB

Hope other professional can advise the solution.
