      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! We have a client DB that is reporting a missing system table when we attempt a rebuild/upgrade from sybase 16 to 17. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to identify any ways of restoring this system table, hoping for some advice from someone who has seen any similar issues. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
