SAP Intelligent RPA 2.0 SFTP File Download Error

In SAP Build Process Automation and SAP iRPA Cloud Studio 2.0 platforms, when I try to connect to an SFTP server with port "10022" and download a file, the "FTP Download" activity gives the error shown in the image.

I believe that the issue here is related to the port. How can I resolve this problem? I would appreciate your assistance.

Notes:
1- All server information I have is completely accurate.
2- I do not have any permission issues with the files I want to download.

Hello,

Please check this documentation Manage files using FTP to learn how to open a connection to a remote FTP server. According to the collection of function for FTP, the port implicit value is 22 for SFTP.

Hi, Do you know if it is possible to connect to SFTP using SSH Key?, I have checked the documentation for "Manage files using FTP", but the "FTP Access" process, doesn't have an option to use the private key file, thank you!
