Creating forms in SAC

Hello, this may be a little vague but one of my requirements consists of creating a form within SAC that has its own inputs. I was planning to have a page that holds the form. Is there anyway I can find a way to format this in SAC? Rather than a table within a story I was hoping to have a form with its own inputs and drop downs. I understand the vagueness but any help at all would be great help.

ahfadooThough its not clear. You can design the form by using different widgets like dropdown/checkbox/panel/radiobutton/textinput.

Hey Ammar,

at first i would create a panel that acts like a container for your form to hold everything in place:

You can give it a background color if you like to show that this is your form

Now you can add some text fields, dropdown menus or checkboxes. What ever you need and like to achieve:

Now you got your form.

What you like to do with that form?
Now you need to do a little coding. You could use e.g. the onclick event of a button to get the imput data.

I added a text field (text_output) below the form to display the result.

Now if you hit the button the text below the form gets displayed.

This is very similar to what I am looking for! Thank you so much! Essentially what I want to do is take the values that are in the from and put them into a table. Each member is generated and along with that come the values from the form.

Do you use live or import data connection? Or do you like to create a stand alone table?

@FxGk can we add data from this form to a model ? in what way doesnt matter
