This documentation summarizes the connection between SAC Enterprise and Fiori, in this case the client does not have SAC Enterprise and we want to use the Embedded SAC, in this order the question is Can SAC Embedded be used with S/4 HANA 2023 privated cloud Rise? Or is it only enabled for Public cloud?
