Hello experts. You have a possible client who is dedicated to selling equipment maintenance services.
Currently the Asset Management module supports the maintenance of your own assets. Will the implementation of 4HH and 4HI best practices be feasible? What recommendation could you give me?

You got it exactly right: The asset management module supports maintenance of an organization's own assets. If the organization provides services to other companies, and that service happens to be an asset maintenance service, the activity is still an "external" service rendered. You may want to check out the capabilities of the line of business "Service" in the Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
