Crystal Reports Memory issue

We are running Crystal reports version 13.0.3500.0. Our web server is Windows server 2019. We started having problems lately when running reports. Crystal uses the export to PDF option

using memory stream after saving on temp disk. We have checked the temp location used by Crystal and it seems to create and destroy it's temp files used for processing normally.

on the client site sometimes no errors are returned and the user just waits for some type of response. On the server side when checking the worker processes we can see an increase in virtual bytes and a spike on memory while viewing performance with the Task manager. Does anyone has any ideas or suggestions on what maybe causing this or steps on how to correct it?

Thank you

This is an old marked as Answered post. Please post new question with more detail about which SP you are using etc.

I highly recommend searching also, most Memory issues are due to IIS not being able to defrag memory so you need to do as Microsoft recommends and Cycle IIS at least once a day if not more.
