How to Edit email template for Events of SAP Cloud ALM Integration & Exception Monitoring app?

Hi,

Is there a way to customize the email template for Email Event Actions in the Integration & Exception Monitoring APP of SAP Cloud ALM?

I'm specifically interested in adjusting the timezone displayed in the email and any variables that can be used in the email template.

It is not currently possible to edit any e-mail content as "templates" in SAP Cloud ALM for Operations apps.
The e-mail templates are pre-built and currently cannot be customized.

Several SAP Customer Influence program entries have been created related to this topic:

Please vote on one of the existing requests that best address your desired functionality.
If one of the existing requests does not match your desire, please create a new entry to capture your business need.

If the Developers decide to implement one of the requests, a timeline will be provided on the SAP Road map explorer page for SAP Cloud ALM.

When a new feature/functionality is introduced, it is documented in the SAP Help Portal What's New for SAP Cloud ALM page.
