  &lt;P&gt;In “Step 9 - Access Application in Browser” I get the following message:&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: connection timeout&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;Having succeeded in all the previous tutorial steps, this issue has me stumped. &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I have attached a screenshot of the message, along with an event that may be associated with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
