API for Support Portal

Hello Colleagues, I hope someone can help me with this question.

Is there an API that I can use to create an incident on the SAP support portal?

Before, we were able to use solution manager for that. But in 2027, Solman will be out of maintenance, and CALM doesn't have a part for incident management. So how can we automate incident management with SAP?

I tried to search for API, but nothing is available so far.

Hi Rodion,

i have also been looking for this.. .both for normal sap support portal case, and SAP's Ariba Connect portal.
Would be very useful. Maybe you have clarified this internally at SAP already?

Hi Rupert. Indeed, I got internal SAP information (which is subject to change). There are plans for the ITSM part of the VAR program after SolMan EoM - it will be a different setup than what VARs are getting today. We are currently working on solution design and architecture, but no public API is available so far.
