I have a newly created Functional Spec document that I want to upload to Solution Manager Documentation 7.2, at the time of creation can I assign it to multiple processes?

I am aware that once uploaded, I can then go back and assign via New>Documentation>Document Assign, but I would like to be able to assign it when I am first uploading the document to create is SolDoc.

Hello rosemarwht

For the first time when you want to assign your document in Solution Documentation, it can be either 'Uploaded' or 'Created from template'.

Assign option can be used only when referring existing document within Solution Documentation.
